Curly Girl (CG) Method – Created by Lorraine Massey author of “Curly Girl”, describes a method for taking care of curly hair.
The basis for this method relies in removing shampoo and silicones from a regular natural hair regimen. Some people opt for low or no pooo shampoos and conditioner washing (co-washing). Some naturals even choose to follow this method to help increase moisture in those dry stages. This can help to increase moisture levels and increase curl definition.
