Liquid Oil Cream (L.O.C.) Method – The L.O.C Method is an acronym used to describe a technique of sealing moisture in the hair in that order. L.O.C’s stands for liquid, oil, cream and each layer is said to seal in the preceding product for maximum moisture retention. The liquid is usually water, followed by an oil, then a creamy product, such as a conditioner or styler.
